If we have to cancel the purchase order after processing the payments, the aforementioned amount will be returned to your credit / debit card account, or a store credit may be provided.

Bulk products are priced by weight inside the store, which means that if you order in quantity and the products selected in the store are above average weight, you may incur a higher cost than the indicative price online at the time of ordering. And if the products inside the store are less than the average weight, you may incur a lower cost than the indicative price online at the time of ordering. Prices for all fruits and other products may change due to the different weights.
3-3-6 In addition to the price, you may have to pay the delivery or collection fees as indicated in the payment.
3-4 Accept purchase order / cancel purchase order:
3-4-1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any purchase order for any reason, including for reasons of restrictions imposed on quantities available for purchase and inaccuracies or errors in product information or pricing, or problems identified by the Credit and Special Fraud Department. 3-6 Replacement / Return Policy:
3-6-1 Regarding the replacement or request for the return of any of the products that need to be replaced, in the event that the purchased products are not valid, please contact the Dfruit website customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order.
3-6-2 Refunds will be processed in cash or credit cards by the Dfruit Trade Corporation / Dried Fruits within 48 hours, and the time when the amount reaches your account will depend on your bank.
3-6-3 For purchase orders made by credit card, any refund will be applied to the card used at the time of the order.
3-6-4 Any request for a refund or for a replacement of products will be verified by De Fruit’s customer service.
3-7 Purchase orders that do not meet our usual high standards:
