Replacement / Return Policy:
1 Regarding the replacement or request for the return of any of the products that need to be replaced, in the event that the purchased products are not valid, please contact the Dfruit website customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2 Refunds will be processed in cash or credit cards by the Dfruit Trade Corporation / Dried Fruits within 48 hours, and the time when the amount reaches your account will depend on your bank.
3 For purchase orders made by credit card, any refund will be applied to the card used at the time of the order.
4 Any request for a refund or for a replacement of products will be verified by De Fruit’s customer service.
Purchase orders that do not meet our usual high standards:
In the event that there is apparent damage to your order or if it does not in any way meet our usual high standards you can refuse to accept the request and you can file a complaint about the request to Hello@dfruit.co for individual products that appear to be damaged when opening the package, Please notify Customer Service within 24 hours of refunding / providing a credit balance on the store. Refunds will be provided only when the product is returned or the image submitted for the product status is verified.
