Exchange/Return Policy :

• Regarding the exchange or request for a return of any products, it is necessary to replace them in case the purchased products are not suitable, please contact the customer service of the "De Fruit" site within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Refunds will be processed in cash or to credit cards by the Dry Fruits Trading Company, owner of the "De Fruit" site, within 72 hours, and the time it takes for the amount to reach your account will depend on your bank.
• For purchases made with a credit card, any refund will be applied to the card used at the time of the order.
• No opened product will be exchanged or refunded if it is in good condition and suitable for use.
• Any request for a refund or product exchange will be verified by De Fruit's customer service.
