In light of modern development and contemporary life, discovering the unique memories of our childhood in the daily grocery journey remains an integral part of our personal experience. The journey of exploring new types of sweets formed our passion, as we grew up and our daily habit of exploring different flavor worlds grew with us. Despite the evolution of our lifestyles, and the connection of that feeling of happiness with the grocery journey, our sedentary lifestyle and rich fast food diet have affected our health.
With the increase in chronic diseases at a young age, many have realized the importance of adopting a healthy and balanced diet. In this context, the idea of creating our project emerged, which offers delicious, healthy, and additive-free dried fruits and vegetables, making it an ideal choice for consumption at home, at work, and while traveling.
Our journey began as a small family project in Al-Rawda neighborhood in Jeddah in 2011, where our initial focus was on drying pineapples and mangoes, as they are the most delicious fruits that can be difficult to consume fresh. Despite our success, the high demand and labor shortage led us to close the shop in 2013.
In 2015, the 'De Fruit' project was launched in its current design at Red Sea Mall - Jeddah, where our products diversified to include dried vegetables, nuts, and grains, along with offering many unique flavors of dried fruits.
We later expanded by opening branches on Al-Batargi Street and Al-Rawda neighborhood in Jeddah, as well as in Al-Yasmeen Mall and Makkah Mall. In 2020, we launched our online store to make our products accessible to everyone.
Our products today reflect our expansion to various locations, available in health clinics, universities, and more than 20 supermarkets, making them close to you anytime and anywhere. Despite our growth, we continue to respect family ties and strive to change our unhealthy lifestyle and snack culture in our community.
