DFruit does not refund any cash, cheques, or credit-card amounts for any product.

If the order is not collected by the customer within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date the order was completed, the product will be disposed of without any liability on DFruit, and without refunding any amounts related to the order.

We are not responsible for any error in the customer details available in our systems. Cases of loss or errors at the delivery level are not valid grounds for cancellation or return, in addition to any cases attributed to natural disasters that may cause a delay in delivering the product.
